A riverside office building with a steel frame and high-performance glazed façade.
Overview
Built on a former riverside industrial site, this six-storey office building is organised around a full-height atrium that brings natural light and visual orientation to every floor plate. The glazed façade with adjustable brise-soleil limits solar gain while preserving open views of the river.
