Renovation of a 1960s house around a light-filled central patio.
Overview
The renovation retains the original concrete structure and opens the centre of the house onto a covered patio, bringing natural light and cross-ventilation to every living space. A timber extension extends the living room toward the garden, in deliberate contrast with the existing masonry.
