Conversion of a former brick harbour warehouse into a 40-room hotel.
Overview
The brick shell of this 19th-century warehouse was preserved and restored, while an independent internal steel structure houses the 40 guest rooms across four floors. Large roof skylights reintroduce natural light into the central circulation spaces.
